This Privacy Policy describes how EasyQR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information when you use the EasyQR mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

EasyQR is designed to work offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data generated by the App remains on your device.

The App maintains a local history of QR codes you have scanned or created. This history is stored exclusively on your device and is never shared with us or any third party. You can clear this history at any time from within the App.

Camera

We request camera access solely to enable QR code scanning. The camera feed is processed locally on your device in real time and is never recorded or transmitted.

Photos / Media

We request photo library access to allow you to:

  • Select images from your gallery for QR code scanning
  • Add a custom logo to generated QR codes
  • Save generated QR codes to your gallery

We do not read, copy, or transmit any other photos.

Contacts

We request contacts access solely to let you import contact information when creating a Contact QR code. Contact data is used only within the App to populate input fields and is not stored or uploaded anywhere.

In the event of an error in the App, we may collect diagnostic data through third-party tools (such as crash reporting).
