QRaft (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the QRaft mobile application.
By using QRaft, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive:
- Unique user ID (from Google or Apple)
- Email address (if you grant permission)
- Display name (if provided by the identity provider)
- Profile picture URL (Google only, if provided)
We do not receive your password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google or Apple.
2.2 Content You Create
- QR codes you generate, including their content, type, and associated settings
- Files or images you attach to QR codes (uploaded to cloud storage)
2.3 Device Permissions

If you subscribe to QRaft Pro, purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We receive a transaction receipt to verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
2.5 Technical Data
- Device type and operating system version (for debugging and compatibility)
- App version
- Error logs (anonymous, used to fix crashes)
We do not collect precise location data, contacts, or any data unrelated to QR code management.

- Your data is stored on servers hosted by Aiven (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare R2 (file storage).
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
- Access tokens use short-lived JWTs; refresh tokens are stored as hashed values.
- We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

- Correction – Request correction of inaccurate data

8. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account exists.
- QR codes and associated files are retained until you delete them or your account.
- After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
